Will change the recipe from time to time, depending on my mood, craving, time of day, or just because I want to. 

Quick Banana Bread

1/2 cup melted butter        
3 over ripe bananas            
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 1 (8 1/2"x 4 1/2") loaf pan.
2. Melt butter and set aside to cool.
3. In mixing bowl, mash bananas well. Beat in sugar and eggs.
4. Combine flour, salt and soda. Add gradually to sugar mixture.
5. Pour in melted butter and mix well. Stir in nuts, if desired.
6. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until well browned and center is set.
7. Eat and enjoy with friends, family, or yourself!! :)
